I have received great customer service and love the products which, I have been using for over 20 years. However, I phoned EL recently as I hadn't received confirmation that a product had been despatched. I heard the agent as they answered the phone sigh heavily. I recognised that sigh, it was the 'I have to take a call from another difficult customer' sigh. I know this as I once worked for a global prestigious brand in frontline customer service. Please bear in mind when phoning these companies that the agent answering the phone is probably earning minimum wage. It's, not personally their fault that you have received the wrong product, your delivery has been lost etc. They have to work to the Companies rules and follow the Companies procedures, if, they say they can't do whatever it is you are asking them to do, they are not being awkward, lying to you or washing their hands of your issue, they simply cannot do it. Taking back-to-back customer calls from rude unreasonable customers is very stressful. So, be nice. When this particular agent realised I, was going to be nice, I could hear the relief in her voice. Be, thankful someone is prepared to do this job and answer your call.

I’m really unhappy with my purchase the foundation I have purchased was a Double Wear Sheer Long-Wear Makeup SPF 20 Lasting 12 hour wear. Weightless, fresh feeling. Sheer matte finish. Sheer-to-light coverage.
Absolutely not true another misleading description of the item.
I know how to prepare my skin I’m not oily I’m normal skin girl so no thank you for your Tips I don’t want to play with my makeup when I’m busy I need something that you promised 12H fresh look not oily this foundation is opposite
the skin looks terrible after 4H, the foundation is glowing with oil and after 5H completely wiped off
Estée Lauder should not advertise this as a 12H of wear it’s misleading for so many it’s dishonest it’s not appropriate for company like Estée Lauder

By far I had a good experience with Estée Lauder, I like the products and the free treats. Good offers, I rather buy online than visiting the stands

Do not pay for gift wrapping. My order arrived in estee lauder paper. The box it was in was nicer. Also no free samples, even though it states 2 free with any order. Had a discount code but couldn't use on gift set which was annoying. Perfume is lovely though.

Very disappointed with this company. Firstly the item I ordered in mid November was lost in delivery and they were unable to re-send due to being out of stock.
Took ages to get through on live chat to report and despite being told I would be refunded within a week or so, I am still waiting.
I have now been waiting for a response on live chat for thirty minutes to chase up the refund and still nothing.
Unacceptable and so they have lost my future custom.

NO STARS. I placed an order on Thursday 16th December and paid £6.99 for next day delivery on the 17th. Estée Lauder shipped it out on a tracked post only and not next day and you guessed it, it’s no where to be seen. Ridiculous, I won’t be buying from them again and I’ll be sure to let everyone know my experience with them. Beware!!

Misleading, so they have this loyalty program, where you get a birthday gift with purchase on your birthday month. Placed order, no gift arrived, contacted them through the chat, nothing, chat transcript doesn't even register on your accoun and the option you chose it to be sent to you does not work as I did it now 3times, contacted them 3times chasing the gift they promise when you join the program. On 2 occasions they promised to send it, but nothing arrives, then third time they end your chat without say anything after 20 minutes wait. Email sent and they came back that they can not do it, as I am not a member and they will not be sending it, screenshots sent that I am indeed a member, with points and order numbers. Very misleading and poor as still not resolved after 2 weeks.

I always had a very good experience with online support and prompt deliveries. Like the product as well.

When will I receive my refund for Case C4848348? Totally unacceptable customer service!

its false advertising in my opinion .

Extremely poor service, ordered Christmas gifts, they were not even in stock apparently, they cancelled the order 5 days later and did not even inform me.....poor

Always great to deal with, fabulous products

I would love to give more stars but i have had a few issues with a few orders recently. Items missing or wrong items. But once ive notified them they do rectify the issue but it if it keeps happening then will go via a different company that supplies Estee Lauder - as i have noticed more and more popping up and slightly cheaper eith quicker delivery times.
Lets see what happens next time.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Went into House of Fraser in Reading as there was a free 7 piece EL gift set. No assistant at the Estée Lauder counter waited for someone to show.. Ended up leaving. Went back 2 weeks later. Still no one on the counter! Emailed on both occasions. Still waiting for a sufficient response to the shoddy service.
